Every project also undergoes strict quality control (QC).
Our team follows a 3-point inspection plan on all projects.
- A Shop Lead inspects all pieces for measurements, functionality and overall look.
- The Shop Foreman then does the same – This is when you get a second set of eyes on all the important details.
- Shipping Lead does one last inspection prior to packaging and shipping to ensure there are no visible flaws (knicks, scratches, dents) on any of the pieces.
