Natural wood gives a very specific feel to a space and often the choice of wood and finish help a designer tell a brand story. But in the world of retail fixtures, it is very rare we have the opportunity to build solid wood pieces. For the most part, we work with veneers, high pressure laminate and thermally fused laminate.

If you’d asked us that question pre-pandemic, our answer would have been a loud and confident YES! If you’d asked us one year into the pandemic, our answer would have still been yes, but maybe a bit of a hesitant one. Supply chain issues started to hit different industries pretty quickly but we weren’t feeling the crunch yet.

“Board Feet” Is a measurement of lumber volume. A board foot is equal to 144 cubic inches of wood. You can calculate the board footage using this formula in inches.
